My Favorite Skirt. . . Maybe

If I had a favorite skirt this would be it. My mother hates the color, but I adore how "happy" it is. I mix it with  reds, teals, and on this occasion royal blue. It's made out of a light weight quilting cotton and it features a back zipper and size pockets. At some point I hope to post a tutorial on how to make it because I think everyone might need one like it.
